YogaDance is a great workout for body, mind, and spirit. It combines the liveliness of dance with the compassionate inner awareness of yoga. The emphasis is always on self-expression, rather than performance. This movement practice allows you to connect with your unique internal dance. There is never any need to memorize the movement
 
 
A Typical YogaDance Class

Every class is a unique experience. We begin with a gentle yoga sequence to warm-up and progress
 to brisk dancing movements. Inspirational music from around the world and some good oldies motivates each dancer to express their inner creativity. Every class ends with deep relaxation, giving everyone time for personal integration.
 
This combination of yoga and dance stretches and strengthens the body, and also relieves  tension and stress. The class leads to an experience of innate joyfulness.  

 
 

 
                                        
 

 Physical Fitness

No previous yoga or dance experience is necessary. Everyone is encouraged to move in a way that is comfortable and that meets their level of physical fitness.
